Intel execs on selling spree
Senior executives at Intel (NASDAQ:INTC) have filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to sell about $70 million worth of company stock, Reuters reports. The biggest seller: Frank Gill, an executive vice president, who intends to unload 390,664 shares worth about $30 million. Another big seller: Leslie Vadasz, director and senior vice president in charge of business development, who wants to sell 250,000 shares worth about $20.4 million. Authur Rock, a director and one of Intel's initial venture capitalists, is selling 58,000 shares worth $4.8 million. A company spokesman said, "I wouldn't read too much into it," adding that company officials only had a "very narrow window of opportunity" to act on their stock holdings. |
