I agree Tom. With the "no idea" or "I dont want to speculate" or when Buckeye asked 1 or 2 months and still no answer.. all this after speculating about the 1st week of Feb as many people were waiting for. Well now you see the results. This is not shareholder friendly in the least. If they never commented on dates then I can see them being mum, but to at first give a target date of early Feb and then retract that to 'dont want to speculate'.. not good.

Like someone said..the stock is dead money until they get around to doing financials .. whenever... that.... may... be....

Since FAMH has such a pretty credit line Id be hiring a 2nd auditing firm and speed up getting the damn financials out. All this money spent on hype and Barron's article was wasted because Ira didnt follow up promptly.. now people who were interested are going to put this way in the back burner. Not a good business plan.

P.S. No one has EVER found out about Ira's past positions? What companies did he work for? What positions? Were any public? Why would Adam Arif bring in a "hired gun" who didnt have public co. experience?

Sorry to sound so negative, but this business plan for stock performance is lacking. You dont pump and pump and pump and then not back it up. And no I dont blame it all even on Ira, because he is the figurehead and most visible and like a Quarterback will take most of the blame (and glory) . He did accomplish a substantial deal, but he and Arif and whoever else reads this has to figure out if you dont start being accurate with your numbers and dates, and facts and figures you will have a lot of trouble finding any interest from small shareholders who are the only ones who can move this stock to $3 or $5 or whatever they want to get to a real exchange. A BB stock, more than a listed exchange stock, needs to show reliability to gain investor confidence.. and with each passing day more & more people are slowly losing faith in their words. Hence, the dead money.
