The new Cavite fab is probably in Rosario, a place
designated as Export Processing Zone Authority (aka
tax free zone). The Science & Industry Park is in
Laguna, a "Special EPZA", I think..lots of special
Epza's popping up, where the former US Naval base
was located - Subic.
BTW, your buddy Pancho is all over the AOL board, where
he says he's short AOL at 70's, 80's, 99's & 110...
