Thought the great people here could figure out a tv show episode I remember when I was a kid.... Maybe Twilight Zone or Alfred Hitchcock or someone else, think it was black and white. Simply, a wife poisons the supper of an abusive husband, he hits the floor. Sheriff comes by knowing how bad he was, tells her don't worry about it. End of the show shows her exhausted and sitting down eating from the same plate..... Ring any bells?
