Since 9-11, all along there were groups in the US, powerful enough to keep Dubya, Obama and Trump from getting out of Afghanistan (the “good” war, whatever the heck that means) - as well as from other ME wars. Indeed, Obama - with all his talk about peace - expanded the chaos in the ME with his idiotic support for the Trotskyite Arab Spring (a wave of revolutions - a permanent revolution). Libya is a horror story. Fortunately, a military coup in Egypt kept one of the most populous nations on earth out of the madness (while mightily hurting Obama’s feelings). Oh yeah, Obama also tried to elevate Iran - and supported a dozen Sunni extremist armies in Syria.
American Unipolar period was wasted. The nation's energy was expended on useless endless wars abroad - and stupid sh*t peripheral issues at home.. Opposition used the time to grow their economic and military strength.
In all this, the Kagans were a drop in the bucket - a big, vocal drop - but still, part of a far larger series of historic mistakes.
Is Nuland dangerous? She seems pretty dim, but she probably isn’t. She seems to have been rather involved and effective in the past. It all depends on how closely she’s involved with the power brokers making up the upper echelon of Biden’s support system.
Edit - oh, yes. We do live in a Matrix. Not as complete as in the movie, but it’s still a decent effort. |
