She seems pretty dim, but she probably isn’t. She seems to have been rather involved and effective in the past. It all depends on how closely she’s involved with the power brokers making up the upper echelon of Biden’s support system. Important enough to lie blatantly about Iraq and causing untold damage there. Important enough to retain critical positions in the State Department. Important enough to hand-pick an Ukrainian President in 2014 over the EU's objections. The hardcore neocons are tenacious and well-placed. Give them an idiot for a President and they will run circles around him.
