What has the EU in Common with Ghana? Lack of Virtuous Victorian Values.
Actually, I know nearly nothing about Ghana, but 40 years ago a Ghanaian man was on a BP Oil International course with me for a month and he and I got on very well. Nice man. I assume he was generally like Ghanaians so I was well disposed to Ghana while knowing nearly nothing. Of course they have had a vast population explosion and I guess therefore are in big trouble like so many over-run places that lack VVV as foundation philosophy.
Countries in sub-Saharan Africa I think of as quite nice, while knowing nearly nothing Botswana Ghana Kenya Nowhere else comes to mind. Mauritius, but that's not actually in Africa.
I will check a map and see if there's another that I missed. Checked.. Maybe Ivory Coast. Rhodesia was good before Mugabe marauding. Democracy is NOT a good thing when voting to take opm and enslave people and generally fail on VVV. I made a big mistake when 18 helping get the vote at 18 in New Zealand. I didn't realize how stupidly young people vote, on average. Similarly, an IQ test for voting would be a good idea. Also voting only according to how much the voter contributes [can't vote to spend opm]. Women voting is a dubiously good thing. There's a current idea to lower voting further to 16, or 12 or something. 6 year olds will vote for free lollies.
There's a current fashion to despise China colonizing Africa. Like Great Britain colonizing India and New Zealand, I think it's a good thing. I'm increasingly favouring China colonizing Aotearoad-Zimbabwe too as they won't tolerate the barbarian culture of crime. Or Singapore to take over NZ. Getting rid of drugs, graffiti, vandalism, and crime would be great. Lack of VVV is a horror for people. But on the other hand, I do like to be free and not stuck in Made in China goose-stepping and fearful sitting up straight and unable to say or write what I think at the time. But that freedom has gone in Aotearoa-Zimbabwe = the religion of peace for example is a sacred cow. Head-hacking and suppression of women may not be criticized lest decapitation fatwah be applied.
I still like Londonistan.
South America and Latin America in general seem to have gone quiet in recent decades. But swarms of latin locusts are taking over USA by the million, eating them out of house and home, so it can't be all that great south of the border.
Japan has the right idea - maintain civilization and VVV. Keep the locusts out. Though it does mean lack of adaptability. D'oh!CoMo for example failed in the mobile Cyberspace realm as did all other Japanese companies though they had a great head-start and should have been able to do what South Korea did with the advent of CDMA and QUALCOMM licensing.
Londonistan remains the HQ of the World [despite New York having pretensions to the claim]. Thank goodness for Brexit. Being subsumed by the Germans was a bad idea = Germans are now preparing for Barbarossa II. Just as the Nazis thought they were doing good things, the current Germans think they are too [including Herr Gruppenfuhrer Stoltenberg who isn't technically a German] along with their kindred spirits Boris Johnson and Liz Truss and other Euroserf Banderistas. The crazed RussiaRussiaRussia Yanks are gung ho for Armageddon too, thinking they are doing God's work with a first strike nuclear holocaust.
They really can't see their own evil. Strange but that's how WWI and WWII and a lot more besides got going I guess. Fortunately, Russia is winning against the Banderista Nazis so hopefully nuclear war is on hold pending the German Nazis restarting Barbarossa [as I thought they would do 25 years ago watching a group of tough young leather-jacketed men in Germany drinking beer = they looked as though they were just waiting for the right time]. Russia won't tolerate Germans having yet another go, nor the German-Americans either, such as Trump and swarms of other German-Americans. It took me a few decades to realize that USA is much as it is because of a strong German presence = I had grown up thinking it was a displaced English/Irish/Scottish place, separated by the revolution against King George and England. I didn't realize what a huge German component it has.
