That's not the criterion.

I understand you're ignorant on this particular topic.

But what was at question was not whether drop boxes actually resulted in "fake" voters. That issue was not under consideration. As I've pointed out, it is impossible to ever know whether that caused votes to move from Trump to Biden. Not just unlikely, but actually IMPOSSIBLE.

Because of this fact, it is essential to have an iron-clad process that prevents any chance of such abuses in the future. The Court's position was simple: The law requires that constraint X procedure being present, and it wasn't. Therefore, the election is illegitimate. Period. You cannot have a legitimate winner selected without X being present. Period. End of story. Inarguable.

One cannot properly claim that Biden won drop-box votes in this jurisdiction because it cannot be guaranteed by the system.

You are setting the bar in an entirely artificial place. The bar requires than the vote be carried out in a certain way or it is invalid. The very same thing could be said about Georgia, in which 100,000+ chain of custody documents we lost. This should have resulted in immediate disqualification of EVERY VOTE in that count.



It is cheating. Period. There are no excuses. We don't know who voted for whom. And we cannot be sure the votes were recorded properly, or even that ONE of them was recorded properly.

I've been bitching about this since it happened.
