Diversity, inclusion, and mollycoddling the inept is in, meritocracy is out. Law requires a modicum of intelligence. That’s why we have set up barriers to entry which measure aptitude for the profession. The American citizen who voted for Biden should have known of his abysmal law school record before voting for him. Now, we have the dumbest President ever. Well, at least he’s dumb, male, and Caucasian. Lol!
