Fred,
The impression I get ( may be wrong ?)the market is facing up to the fact that blue chip companies will report slower growth in earnings. That leaves small caps, with varying degrees of risk. If fund managers can not rely on blue chip growth, where they will go to make profit? Selective small caps? May be or may be not. We shall see.
