it appears ADXS is the lowest price/cash out there, Advaxis. trades on OTCBB. i estimate $29 mill net cash right now with $8 mill mkt cap. they cancelled a bad reverse merger late last year. and they just cancelled a stock offering. both seem positive. they are again exploring strategic alternatives as disclosed in 10k. i dont see any prefunded warrants unexercised or preferred stock at 4/30/22. as far as i can tell.

but i could be wrong??
