Good piece. Kinda seems to me like we could substitute "legislative branch" or "executive branch," change some of the words to describe each, and basically say the same thing. Each branch is out of control, perverted from original design, and acting in its own corrupt interest, and the Court is just the last to come around to the game. And, the process to correct all of this seems beyond the reach of the people.
