PAIR is definitely a better investment, IMNSHO. The company is larger, profitable (and how!) and it should perform very well into the future. Also, the stock appears to be forming a broad double bottom. WSTL is near a historic support level, so it may be a technical buy, too. But I recommend PAIR over WSTL.

TQNT has just recently turned downward, after failing to rally. That's enough TA for me.
