After the "success" in 2020 they going to repeat that playbook if they can get away with it. And to the extent they can get away with it.

This lawyer Marc Elias has no limits. But he doesn't mind going after small wins, recognizing they add up.

>> P.S. - One more thing. Hillary was supposed to win in 2016. I predicted this partly on the basis of the Democrats' ability to "conjure votes out of thin air." Boy was I wrong.

I think that's a good point, but it was a movement in 2016. Democrats figured out the way to kill that movement was to weaken with one false conspiracy theory after another -- there are a LOT of people today who still believe the BS (Someone on FB asked me yesterday, "What about the pee tape? That was true!").

While Trump pissed people off, and was a jerk, the reality is he got stuff done. I'm more into a president that gets stuff done than one who doesn't say mean stuff.

Looks to me Newsom thinks it is his moment in time. That is not a good thing because they will cheat their asses off to install him
