He'll still face criminal charges at least for negligent homicide... The proof is obvious... Ask him (or the jury) this question: If he were to aim that gun at his own head and pull the trigger, would he have checked to make sure the gun was not loaded??? If the answer to that question is YES, then we have negligent homicide... Then, why didn't he check it before aiming it at someone else and then also pulling the trigger??? That's negligent homicide... GZ
