Just for you, Wharfie:

Germans will have to burn wood to stay warm this winter, warns Deutsche Bank (msn.com)

This reminds me of Korea in the 1980's, where the mountains were bare because so many Koreans would chop down trees and use it to heat homes.

As Korea transformed into a 1st world economy, powered by fossil fuels like coal, the trees grew back, and I could hardly recognize the landscape when I returned in the early 2000's.

Now that Germany was caught with its pants down trying to shift to "renewable energy," they're gonna have to live like a 2nd world nation.

You talk about transitions happening in 2035, or 2050, or whatever, but like I told you many times, that's meaningless. World governments today are trying to force the transition prematurely because of the enormous political pressure exerted by you greenies.

Even the crisis in Sri Lanka can be blamed in part on you greenies, thanks to their ban on chemical fertilizers.

Of course, you greenies will blame everyone else but yourselves.
