NSCP island reversal. Will try to buy under 21 as soon as I can get my money out of ANCR. NSCP also take-over speculation now. ANCR lately looks like an ascending flag 6.25 - 7.75? ANCR back through last October looks like it could be forming the right shoulder on an inverse H&S. Can't afford TA software yet so any help with other indicators would be appreciated. Currently using E*trade charts. Tom
