After Russia gets done with what needs doing to hack the know-how, Russia might on-sell to get others onboard via export albeit without license, but since shall only go to overland locals most likely, all-okay I guess.

In such an event, am further guessing, Republic of China can save money by refrain from buying a hacked weapon system.
