The fact the sale can be done in block trades allows funds to get in this stock with a sizeable position which is hard to do in the open market due to low volume.So I view this as bullish and just might be one of the reasons for doing it in the first place as no financing is needed and that is how bigger funds would normally become involved.Good Luck
