WTC -

SHOULD the proposed new management team see any conflict between the suggested salvation for CAI and their new fiduciary responsibility to CS Wireless?

Does it count that CAI owns good part of CS, not visa versa. How about
responsibility to stockholders?

Not an argument, you understand, just not sure who's responsible to
whom for what.
