Boris / Arakis

I agree, anyone who has ever invested in Arakis has got burned. Now
may be the time to turn the tables. There is no doubt they're sitting on
oil and now there is every reason for shares to move upward over short
term.

As far as risk is concerned, I think both companies have inherited this
element and past history of events would bear that out.

Bottom line, these are international companies and they don't really
appeal to me for I concentrate on Canadian domestic operations. What
I was attempting to express was that these two companies both have
market momentum with "confirmed" hot plays. The company in question
had yet to reach that stage on the concession they were operating.

The reason behind choosing Arakis for higher short term return on
investment was due to percentages. If both were to go up $1.00 in
price, Arakis would of returned the greater amount on investment.
