There were reports saying that Saudi Arabia agreed to increase output over the next few months.

Of course, that report came from the White House. I'm not sure whether Saudi Arabia confirmed the news.

Besides, is it just me, or is Saudi Arabia not allowed to just increase production like that without the blessing of OPEC?
