Of course PooTin is going to call for that. And RuZZia certainly has enough engineering and scientific talent to achieve it.

The only problem, of course, is their political system, which is essentially an autocratic kleptocracy.

Unlike in RuZZia, the best way to expand American technology, research, and innovation is to let the free market work as expected.

Thank God for people like Pat Gelsinger who has a shot at making Intel great again. Without him, Intel would become another has-been like IBM and HP.

Then we would be COMPLETELY dependent on TSMC, Samsung, SMIC, and Global Foundries for chips.
