Last I checked, HCQ and Ivermectin were still “controversial”. In order to keep them this way, they simply do not test them.

There were some trials that were designed to fail. One was giving IVM when the patient was
very ill and about to be admitted to the hospital.

Zelenko, RIP, protocol for those over 65 was to prescribe HCQ at the very first symptoms of covid.
