They can claim it because worldwide where there are less vaccines sold by big pharma there are less deaths.
That is wrong. It is estimated that India had over 4M people die due to COVID as of a year ago, which is 10X the official count:

I've already given you the links, yet you keep ignoring them because you'd rather believe the official figures which are absurdly low.
