Nice strong close. IDT's ramp appears to be going well. This showed some heavy accumulation. At this rate we will burn off the overhead resistance within a few days. Still, don't expect miracles - a huge move up quickly. If that happens, I will look to sell. Baby steps (WinChip).

IDTI can produce up to around 3 million parts in their Oregon fab once it is outfitted and ramped. So they don't need IBM to do that modest quantity ($180 million/year @ $60 ASP). However, if they want to stay up with the pack and go well beyond that, they need to be protected against legal monopoly harassment from Intel and have access to other technologies that cooperation with an IBM could bring them. Maybe and IBM/Acer/IDTI consortium? Wouldn't that be something - IBM has complementary fab capacity and process IP, Acer has excess fab capacity and logic chip-set & low cost interconnect IP, and IDTI has the key uP and embedded memory IP.
