the Company's results of operations,
(1) ongoing net income for the first fiscal quarter of 1998 was
a record $197.8 million, or $0.52 per diluted share, compared to
$89.1 million, or $0.24 per diluted share, for the first fiscal
quarter of 1997, and $187.3 million, or $0.49 per diluted share,
for the fourth fiscal quarter of 1997."
