I hope you are well and staying cool.

I'm glad I didn't accept your kind invitation to move to Texas... For me, the cost of living here is worth it for the weather, windsurfing and lots of people to interact with, even if some/most are a bit too "woke" politically for my taste.

I bet your newly restored Nomad didn't give you this message today:
