From what I've read MONKEYPOX infection generally starts off as a SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASE and is predominantly transmitted by Physical Contact as opposed to the generally Air-Borne COVID-19 Virus. Therefore I would fail to see how MONKEYPOX could ever be regarded as a PANDEMIC of sorts, which is most probably why the Demented Biden Administration would like to "Urge" the WHO to "Classify" it as a "Pandemic" in time for the Mid-Term Elections !!!!
