I heard an MD on TV say the Monkeypox is a non issue. The smallpox vax prevents it. Sadly, school children no longer are required to get smallpox vax before school admission. They stopped routinely giving the smallpox vax in the 1970s. Us older folks have immunity, because smallpox vax is a REAL (lifetime) vax, unlike the Covid vax.
