Also spoke with Bill this morning. Stated that cash on hand was $2.50........didn't see this as a concern as burn rate is very low. When asked about raising cash in future he inquired if I would be interested in a private placement. Could someone explain to me the advantages of being partner to a private placement!?!? I expect there would be a holding period where the shares could not be traded. Otherwise PP's are a mystery to me. Rick
