I was wondering how you had done on your bet, too bad the timing was off for only few months. Yesterday I bought far out of the money January puts on TSLA and ARKK. My short position is ~3% of my portfolio and I hope it works out. 40% of the rest of my portfolio is in gold and oil stocks, guess you can call me a fully positioned bear!
