Book to bill hoopla: Could I remind you all about the double booking phenomenon which created the bubble this time last year? I think the pick up is a seasonal (Christmas) phenomenon. One source told me that existing plants (not those scheduled to open soon) are running at only 80 per cent capacity. I agree, though, the chips shouuld go up for a while, but they're fueled by ignis fatuus (uh, marsh gas). Thomas
