I can't value AMZN. Their retail is unprofitable, but is carried by its AWS?

WMT can be measured.

I'm buying because the land/buildings are in the background and are significant.

I have been an AMZN holder for many years. Not willing to add at current price.

My money today goes to META, MSFT.
