The list ranked Donald Trump 41st out of the 44 presidents, docking him for his moral authority, administrative skills and international relations. His highest rankings were in public persuasion (32nd) and economic management (34th).

So which presidents rank below the 45th president in U.S. history, according to the C-SPAN survey?

Franklin Pierce is just below Trump at 42nd, followed by Andrew Johnson at 43rd. Coming in last is James Buchanan.
