Yes, the call was unbelievable. It would have been so easy for Bob to follow the crowd, saying "with Asia in turmoil, it's better to wait and see how things are resolved." But Bob stepped out and made his very bullish call for new highs. Here we are, DJIA at a new all time high of 8,296.
