I remember from past news releases from somewhere, I got it from investor insight software by quicken, that pot is NOT interested in asia pacific. they had either stated it publicly or in a businesslike way that they are NOT in the running for it. My guess is they've got enough debt and work cut out for em folding in their current 2 acquisitions. Their debt load will have ballooned a lot, and shares outstanding, plus they have to integrate these 2 large purchases into their already doubled company from their 95 purchases of the several phosphate operations. i think maybe it was morgan stanley, or some such other big brokerage house which was stating boldly and publicly pot was Not in the running for APAC
