I talked to Brit Sudduth, Henley's IR Manager, today about the decline in the stock price and its possible relation to their conditional status on NASDAQ. He attributed it to one possible shareholder needing to liquidate. With Henley's tiny float, just a few small sales have a dramatic impact on its price. He said that management has been encouraging their employees to load up on the stock at these prices as the company has never been in better shape. As far as the NASDAQ conditional status is concerned, he advised that top management has assured him that they will qualify to remain on NASDAQ by the end of this month. Present and prospective shareholders feel free to call Brit at 770-955-2811.

This is a great company. I am long Henley and intend to remain that way. And remember, with that small float, the stock will rise with a little buying just as fast as it went down.
