OT. "In times of war" It should be noted that with reference to what is transpiring in Ukraine, and despite the ongoing references in the Main Stream Media to "war", Russia has NOT declared war against Ukraine. Russia regards it as a "Special Military Operation" and she is in Ukraine because she recognized the two Breakaway Republics of the Donetsk and Luhansk, who then asked Russia for their assistance in the conflict with the Ukraine Military and Russia then agreed to do so, and as a result Russia then entered Ukraine.
