I have a BP monitor in my desk drawer. I take it as often as I want to take it. I can feel when my BP is rising.

I hope you BP monitor is not one of those finger thingys or wrist monitors..

So then you really don't know what you bp is.......has to be measured enough to determine an honest base line,,,measure at various times through out the day, at the moment you're just guessing......I have years of data of my own...
You didn't say what your lipids are, ie cholesterol, HDL, LDL
I wear a mask where required and have had all my boosters, ie total of 4 shots...
