Can GTW make 50? I think it would be safe to put at those levels.

Perhaps you've covered this before. Everyone already knows about GTW quality (the lack thereof), yet govmnt folks continue to buy and GTW continues to sell to them. Could the dynamic be a little different for GTW than other "commodity PC" suppliers? Interested on your comments about their specific market -- how the dynamics are different? Also, talking about number contortions -- Clinton's genius has resulted in us having a budget surplus -- isn't the temptation to spend and won't some of that flow into technology upgrades for the mass of govmnt workers?
