the 'thing', widget, gizmo, whatsit, etc etc is supposedly simple, field repairable by handy special ops, has range as a jeep, flies low, travels fast, moves quiet, not meant to go high but can, uses ordinary gasoline fuel, is uncomplicated to fly unlike a helicopter, and more akin to an ultralight, the powered propeller gives forward thrust that intern allows the top rotor to spin and generate lift, and should power fail, just meander to the ground on own dynamics as opposed to crashing as would most helicopters (helicopters also generate some lift as it goes power-less or powerless), and fits in the back of a truck or large jeep
the 2-persons version allows for better weapons launch by one and flying by another, targeting whatever large and small that might be crippled by the two anti-tank missiles.
