Cash - more than you stated - but not 6 figures. I'll have an accurrate # later. But he's right that they have a low burn rate + their cash goes into the ground not the office. Private Placement - ties up your $$ for a year - unless they do a prospecteus (another broker financing) and clear for trading all shares. The bonus to a PP is that if the stock rises above the price of the wts - you pay the cost of that the shares were priced at 1 year or TWO before. So a PP at .25 today w/ a wt for .30 for 2 yrs is a long term safe bet - you hope. I've been on the other side though - PP at .50 and watched drop to .2 and wts expire. But this company has more going for it today than they did a year ago.
