Yes, I found it the next morning. Although I would certainly love to learn how it came to be posted on this site several hours before it appeared on their web page. I looked directly on the FP web page, and used the search engine and found nothing. Its always best to provide links to information of that sort. The internet is easily misused so its often best to be skeptical without the evidence. Eco claims that they are not leaking this speculation about the $93 mill price or a stock swap etc. Makes you wonder who is giving Gibbons this info. Is this the DBCO management trying to increase the value of their shares? Certainly doesn't look like the "street" believes this story of a $3 buyout price. DBCO stock is still hugging that $2 to $2 1/8 range. David
