Re: DIVIDEND GROWTH MODEL

I have had several people ask me for ideas on how to maximize yield and dividend growth in a dividend growth portfolio. Their time frames are 12-15 years before they need the money. Often times, the shorter the time frame to work with, the higher up the risk ladder one must go, so I kept risk factors in mind as well and tried to diversify enough to manage the risks while obtaining the objectives.

*** The objective is to maximize a balance between yield and dividend growth. I chose a yield objective of 5% and a dividend growth objective of 10%. ***

Here is how this portfolio plays out:

Holdings - 27
Portfolio Value - $300,000
