The lady shown in the picture is Taiwanese singer and actress Hebe. Chinese nationalists accused her of advocating Taiwan independence after she posted this picture on Instagram. Her song called "Outlying Islands" was removed from Chinese platforms yesterday. She is likely to face the risk of being banned by the Chinese authorities. Why? Instagram, perhaps?
