I also agree with your findings. I think we will begin to see cost related to affiliate deal in Q2.
However, I think we will see the following in Q1. Bain capt deal 450k, Stuek Bonus $1 mil, CA commisions.
Can you think of any others.

Also have you taken a look at the model that is circulating. If so does it take into consideration the above.
