Techie, do you want me to start every post with your real name? Read your own post to me and you will see how easy it is to write an incomprehensible sentence. Your last sentence I am having to turn over to the crytography department.

You at least show who the real flame-thrower on the Amati thread is and was. I will not allow you to get me caught up in YOUR flaming.

Thank you for the sideways compliment.

Albert, I talked to the Alcatel division in Texas and in Ashwood or Ashburn Virginia. It is the Texas division that was participating directly in the contract.

Techie, I thought we both agree that Aware is to be avoided. My point of logic was that Amati needs to do better than it is currently doing if it expects to participate in the US substantially and that doing better is to partner beyond MOT and NEC.

CAP is not out of the picture; that is all I am saying.

Now Techie, you must be salivating at the prospects of buying Westell soon as it hits bottom sometime this week; yes?

You have cooled somewhat on Amati I am guessing. Right or wrong?

What I thought interesting was that Orckit doesn't have much hope in the US market according to KT. Also, Israel investments are down right now due to the political instability.

Westell and Amati still seem to be the only reaonable direct ADSL plays with Amati being a ship that is likely to come in sometime after Westell; 6 months to a year later.

Now Techie, are we in for a market correction with all the bulls and no bears; technical concerns mount. I am looked for the DOW to top out close to 6150 and as it gets close it is time to cover!
