I will try an find out about signing bonus. I think details about bonus will be in annual report. I do think that the $83 mil. ssax has will be used for acquisition and other. I just dont know? I am growing more skeptical about this Q by the minute. I feel that with the slim margins an irrational management this increase risk for EPS. regards Cali
