all good.. shake a leg From my experience, don't assume more Aladdin sunny days ahead. Enjoy while you can. For me, I was doing quite a few 30km day hikes with my 2 labs until I was 60yrs old. My unseen nemesis was my undiagnosed hereditary heart disease, of which was discovered when I was 64. As it is, what I have in longevity, I forfeit at least 5yrs. I will not enjoy my so- called "Golden Years" in a wheel chair, shitting my diapers. In all likelihood, I will be walking (I have to walk to help maintain my circulation), slowing down my walks as I age, finally doing the 'inch worm thing'. Then one fine sunny day, a slight breeze will blow me over.
